Python Test Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Developer with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PyTest Terraform PySpark Python and Python Web Frameworks. This role requires working from our office during the day shift. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing software solutions that align with our companys goals and contribute to societal advancements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Python and Python Web Frameworks to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient systems.
• Utilize PyTest for writing and executing test cases to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform to automate deployment processes and improve system efficiency.
• Leverage PySpark for processing and analyzing large datasets providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting regular code reviews and adhering to best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Optimize application performance and scalability through effective use of algorithms and data structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
• Document technical designs processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by developing solutions that positively impact society. Qualifications
• Possess strong experience in Python and Python Web Frameworks demonstrating the ability to build robust applications.
• Have a deep understanding of PyTest for test automation ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure automation enhancing deployment efficiency.
• Show expertise in PySpark for big data processing enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
