Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and passionate about supporting learners? DN Colleges Group is seeking a proactive Group Onboarding Co-ordinator to join our Adult Skills team. This role is vital in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for students across classroom, workplace, and online learning programmes.
You'll work closely with students, employers, curriculum teams, and support services to manage enrolments, resolve queries, and maintain accurate learner records. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a Fixed Term role up to 6 Months
Essential Criteria
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Level 2 qualification or higher in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
- English and Maths at Level 2 or equivalent
- Experience using IT tools efficiently, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Enrol students onto online platforms, classroom and workplace courses
- Respond to student and employer queries via email, phone, and other channels
- Support students in accessing systems and resolving technical issues
- Maintain and update learner records using the college's MIS
- Conduct orientation sessions and gather feedback to improve onboarding
- Liaise with internal teams including IT, curriculum staff, and support services
- Ensure compliance with college policies and funding guidance
- Carry out general administrative duties within the team

The LET's Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
