Your Role

Step into Leadership as a Front Line Manager! In this pivotal role, you'll lead and support a team of office-based operational staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day processes across key business functions. This position is perfect for someone who excels at coaching, swiftly solving problems, and upholding high performance standards in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. You'll be instrumental in driving team success, meeting operational targets, and cultivating a positive, productive team culture.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a team of office-based employees, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Monitor team performance, hold regular one-to-ones, and provide coaching, feedback, and support to help individuals reach their full potential.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring workflows are well organised, deadlines are met, and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Tackle challenges as they arise, working collaboratively with other departments to maintain smooth operations and strong service delivery.
  • Ensure your team adheres to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Act as the link between your team and leadership, ensuring clear and timely communication of goals, updates, and expectations.
  • Identify areas for improvement in processes or systems and contribute to ongoing efficiency initiatives.
  • Track and report on team performance, workload, and operational metrics to support informed decision-making.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role in an office or warehouse environment is essential.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Able to give direction, provide feedback, and liaise across teams.
  • Comfortable using business systems and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Managing performance and expectations in a busy operational setting.
  • Strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality
