About ServiceNow
In 2004, our founder, Fred Luddy, started ServiceNow with a vision to build a technology platform that would enable people to work more effectively. Now, 20 years later, we proudly continue this mission to make the world work better for everyone.
As a company, we stay hungry and humble, guided by our values as we work toward our ambition to be the defining enterprise software company of the 21st century (DESCO21C). We continue to learn more and dream bigger while constantly reminding ourselves that how we accomplish something is just as important as the achievement itself. We’ve built a culture based on innovation and mutual respect, centered on Our People Pact, which is our commitment to each other to live our best lives, do our best work, and fulfill our purpose together.
Our commitment to the Armed Forces Community
Our Employee Belonging Groups (EBGs), which bring together champions and allies from around mutual interests, are one of the most powerful ways we build a vibrant, equitable, and inclusive company culture. By getting involved in one—or more—of these groups, EBG members have the unique opportunity to connect with, educate, and embrace one another—and to help make sure we’re creating a business we’re proud of.
Veterans at ServiceNow honors those who have not only served their country but also bring confidence, empathy, and resilience to their work every day.
