We are on the lookout for an experience Water Hygiene/ Water Treatment specialist who can take on the Technical Estimator role (covering the Northern regions) on a remote basis, with occasional travel to Gloucester/ regional offices. You will be joining a successful team of 3x Estimators and 8x Sales Desk Executives.

Requirements

Primary duties

• To produce high-quality remedial work quotes on the back of legionella risk assessment reports and recommendations in line with the HSG274 Part 2 guidance (The control of legionella bacteria in hot and cold water systems), using internal CRM 'Gold-Vision'.
• To produce remedial quotes on the back of internal system reports (Service-to-Sale)
• Proactively review quoting pipeline and liaise with Account Managers to build rapport and increase sales.
• Internal price list and training will be provided.

Key Performance Indicators / Measure of Success

• Quarterly commission at 0.5% of invoiced and completed jobs.
• Achievement of internal SMART sales targets.
• Internal satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will;

• Have strong understanding of the Water Hygiene and Water Treatment industry - Essential
• Be competent in understanding the needs of compliance services provided to our customers.
• Possess strong attention to detail and great numeracy skills.
• Be a good communicator and a team-player.
• Be confident with using Word and Excel.
• Previous experience with Remedials/ Account Management/ Water Hygiene/ Water Treatment/ Engineering Field is desirable.
• Previous experience using WCS systems/ processes would be advantageous.
