Production Operative
Location: Malvern
Salary: £28,412 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 4pm-12am / Friday, 3pm-11pm
Training: Conducted on day shifts for the first few weeks
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Production Operative to join their established team in Malvern on a permanent basis.
Our client are a global leader in water-saving products and injection moulding technology, offering a stable and structured environment with long-term opportunities.
The Role:
As a Production Operative, you will work within the mould shop, ensuring machines are supplied with raw materials, finished goods are sorted and packaged correctly, and all products are subject to visual quality checks. You will play a key role in supporting the production process and maintaining high standards throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visually checking the quality of products
- Bagging, labelling, and storing goods correctly
- Using barcode scanners to book stock onto internal systems
- Identifying and properly discarding scrap material
- Replanishing raw materials (Some heavy lifting involved)
Experience Required:
- Previous experience working in an injection moulding or machine operating environment is essential
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow structured processes
