Job Title: EMEA Commercial Management Lead for Global Technology Client
Reports To: CBRE/T&T Global Commercial Lead on the Account
Location: London
Drive commercial success for our EMEA region! As a key client-facing leader, you'll manage regional budgets, forecasts, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You'll be a crucial link between our PMO, clients, and global teams, leveraging data analysis to proactively identify and mitigate risks. Expert in E-Builder, you'll guide teams in its use, providing training and ensuring data integrity.
Your responsibilities include:
- Monthly Commercial Reviews: Present financial overviews, track spending, and support client decision-making.
- Pipeline Management: Collaborate on new project proposals, managing budgets, schedules, and cashflows.
- Benchmarking & Analysis: Develop insightful reports using internal and external data.
- Financial Compliance: Partner with clients' business control teams for reporting and compliance.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and maintain budgeting tools, integrating market intelligence for accurate forecasts.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks across the portfolio, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and develop team members' commercial acumen.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our commercial management processes.
Skills Experience:
- Proven experience in commercial management within a project-based environment.
- Deep understanding of financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in project management platforms (E-Builder a plus).
- Exceptional communication and client management skills.
- Professional background within a corporate office environment and involvement on complex corporate projects.
- Qualified Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) chartered quantity surveyor
- Minimum 5 years of relevant quantity surveying industry experience.
- Graduate degree in a sector related subject.
