We are recruiting an Apprenticeship Progress Coach who will play a vital role in delivering exceptional apprenticeships in our Apprenticeships and Pathways area.
You will guide apprentices through their entire journey - from induction to their successful End-Point Assessment (EPA). We are looking for a passionate individual who can provide impartial careers education, information, and advice, including referrals to career guidance where necessary, all within a structured program.
Your contribution will not only support the curriculum's intent but also enhance the overall value of the apprenticeship experience. Moreover, you will collaborate closely with partners and stakeholders to cultivate strong, meaningful relationships throughout the apprenticeship delivery process. Join us in making a difference!
