Your positive approach will help your team feel valued whilst your approachable nature will help open professional discussions to ensure arboricultural works are understood and managed correctly. In addition, your resilience will enable you to respond to changes in work programmes promptly preparing for the unexpected events such as weather and other emerging incidents.

As it's a frontline service you'll relate and communicate daily to a variety of customers such as residents, colleagues, and partners, including our own and other council members.
