About You

You'll have a warm, confident approach and enjoy working independently in a people-focused environment. With strong admin and organisational skills, you'll be comfortable balancing day-to-day tasks while responding to residents' needs and coordinating with different teams. You'll have strong budgeting skills and be able to analyze data.

You'll be customer focused and have some awareness of working with vulnerable adults. You'll have great interpersonal skills and able to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds. You'll also be very confident in using ICT software such as Microsoft Packages systems.

You'll have the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team around residents to ensure their needs are being met. This role is very much an operational role, so dealing with conflicting demands, and ensuring the quality of service is not compromised, will be a challenge you'll confidently manage.
