1-1 Support Assistant / Class TA

St George's Beneficial CofE Primary School are recruiting for September 2025!

We are looking for a confident classroom support assistant to join our amazing, proactive and dedicated team at St George's. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with high expectations of children's achievement and behaviour and someone committed to ensuring all learners achieve their very best!

You will need to have a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to working in partnership with the school and the families.

A 1-1 you will support the specific needs of an individual pupil whilst also supporting with the class as directed, where as a TA would lead wider interventions, support groups and assist with resourcing. You will be given in-house training and external training where required.

The successful applicant should have excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills and relevant qualifications ie 3 GCSE's at Grades A-C or equivalent, including Maths and English.

We have 1-1 pupils in Early years, Ks1 and Ks2 so there is flexibility in the post.
