Contract: Full-time, permanent
Working hours: 35 hours, 9am-5pm, though flexibility is required. Out-of-hours remote support: on call out of hours every 6 weeks

Business Systems Support is a critical role in a motivated eight-strong IT team in a multi-site business that leads the way in innovation and sustainability. What you’ll be doing as Business Systems Support
Your scope of work covers: managing testing and implementing changes to Microsoft Dynamics Nav (Enwis) and Business Central, our software used across the whole Business; working closely with all other departments to identify software solutions and build requirements while supporting the software development lifecycle; collaborating with some third parties to implement new business systems in SharePoint, Dynamics NAV (Enwis), Business Central, Purgo (our driver app solution) and SQL; lead and managing business system maintenance and new development, taking ownership of business systems.
What you’ll need
Your proven NAV and Business Central experience are musts for this Business Systems Support job, as are your solid troubleshooting, testing and debugging skills. Strong experience with SharePoint / SharePoint Online, SQL and Microsoft Power Platform is important too.
