In this rewarding role, you'll:
- Support and inspire our volunteers - ensuring they feel valued, equipped, and empowered to make a difference
- Design tools, processes, and training programmes to enhance the volunteer experience
- Work hand-in-hand with our Waste Services teams, promoting clean streets, recycling, and waste reduction across Nottingham
- Lead community engagement efforts that truly leave a mark on our environment and our people

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of best practice in volunteer management and/or community engagement
- Experience of the design of tools and resources to effectively engage volunteers and/or community supporters
- Experience of partnership working with colleagues and diverse communities. Building relationships and engaging at all levels.
- Ability to develop and deliver innovative engagement with communities and volunteers
- Ability to develop and implement processes, including online reporting tools enable quick responses, data collection and analysis
