Job Title: Leasehold and Right to Buy Officer
Hours: 37 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Salary: £31,067 - £33,366 per annum
Gosport Borough Council Housing Service is seeking a detail-orientated and customer focused Leasehold and Right to Buy Officer to join the Neighbourhood Management Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing leasehold sales under the Right to Buy (RTB) schemes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with tenants, leaseholders, legal representatives and internal teams to facilitate smooth and efficient leasehold transactions.
