What you'll do
Lead the VOIS External Communications team to build and protect the global reputation of VOIS across all external channels. Create the external communications strategy to ensure the VOIS strategy and vision comes to life for audience groups externally and build and grow our external communications channels to support the transformation of VOIS.
Who you are
-Develop and deliver social media strategy
-Plan and implement media campaigns
-Work with senior leaders to ensure activity supports VOIS strategic objectives
-Advise VOIS leaders in building their profile and positioning externally
-Ensure best-in-class processes, creativity and ways of working across the team, aligning with Group comms for best practice
-Responsible for planning content campaigns and growth of VOIS owned platforms: social channels; Vodafone.com/VOIS; VOIScentre
-Represent VOIS to media, governmental and external bodies, as well as stakeholders at all levels across VOIS and Vodafone
-Own, build and protect the VOIS brand across all external channels
