Permanent Management Opportunity within the Adult Disability Service.
Permanent Team Manager Grade 7 - West Lancs Short Break Service
Hours of work: 30 per week working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis including work at evenings, weekends and statutory holidays as required.
The role will involve being the manager of a team of staff who support adults with disabilities, who are staying at the Short Break Service
The role will involve working directly alongside the staff team to ensure effective support to the people who use the service and will include weekend and evening work as well as some on-call and sleep-in duties.
The successful applicant will possess strong positive values and principles in their approach to working with people with a learning disability and will have passion and enthusiasm for making a difference.
