Our mission is to make it easy for the Armed Forces community to navigate and access the support and opportunities available to them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as their trusted point of contact at Troopr.
- Use Notion to organise client activity, manage onboarding, track campaign deliverables and maintain reporting dashboards.
- Support partners to create, optimise and update their profiles and opportunities (jobs, events, services, etc).
- Build out and maintain reporting processes in collaboration with our marketing team.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure content is created on time and of good quality.
- Take full ownership of the success of client campaigns - work with the marketing team to ensure they’re achieving measurable value.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics for each client—sharing insights and making proactive recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and grow accounts through renewals or additional services.
- Help build out internal processes to streamline the way we support and grow our partner ecosystem.
About You:
- A self-starter with a natural ability to take ownership and drive things forward without needing handholding.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with ease.
- Tech-literate and confident using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, and CRM or reporting tools. Ideally, experience with Notion but not essential.
- Ideally you’ll have experience in account management, customer success or client-facing roles (2+ years preferred).
- A confident relationship builder and brilliant communicator, able to build trust with clients and collaborate across teams.
- Passionate about making a difference, especially if you have a connection to or respect for the Armed Forces community.
