Overall purpose of the job:
As a Sales Executive at Exponential-e, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing client relationships. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions from our extensive portfolio.

You will work closely with internal teams, including marketing and pre-sales to ensure a seamless sales process. Through strategic prospecting and consultative selling, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and solidifying Exponential-e's position as a leader in the industry.
Key responsibilities for this job:
- End-to-End Sales Ownership - Manage the complete sales process, from initial contact and lead generation to closing deals.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation - Identify and target potential customers through a variety of channels, including outbound calls, emails, networking, walk-ins, and social selling.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management - Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and positioning Exponential-e as a trusted partner.
- Sales Strategy - Develop and deliver targeted sales campaigns to drive new business growth and expand market reach.
- Pipeline & CRM Management - Maintain accurate records of opportunities and customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date forecasting and reporting.
- Results-driven - Focused on hitting all KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Achieve & Exceed Sales Targets - Consistently meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals, contributing to the company's overall success.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams - Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to optimise sales efforts and enhance customer experience.
- Market Awareness & Industry Trends - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Knowledge and experience required:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within a client-facing position.
- Hunter mentality - highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed.
