Our Banking Technology Practitioners have:
- Experience of large-scale core banking platform replacement, integrations and migrations both in terms of defining the strategy and the delivery of it
- Experience of both legacy and modern composable banking architectures
- Able to shape the strategy for merging one bank into another from a technology perspective in terms of both target platform and migration approach
- Experience of building out cloud landing zone and architecting PaaS and SaaS solution in Azure, AWS and GCP
- Experience of consolidating the platform components for core migration (transaction and system of record) and beyond core e.g. channels and business functions
- Knowledge and experience of the main banking platforms: Thought, Machine, Mambu, 10x, Temenos, Sopra, SAP
- Knowledge of the market leading platforms and solutions beyond the core: Payments, Originations, Servicing, Decisioning, Fraud, Fin Crime, Collections & Recoveries, Finance, Credit Risk, Statements, Letters, Reporting and Data Warehouse
- Understanding of technology solutions that are unlocking value in Financial Services, such as Technology Reinvention, Journey to Cloud, Virtualisation, Robotics & particularly GenAI
- 'Hands on' practitioner experience of Agile delivery, ideally using Scaled Agile methodology; certified in the same
- Ability to work across the wider organisation to collaborate across Technology Strategy & Architecture, Strategy & Consulting, Platform Business Groups, Near Shore and Offshore Delivery, Business Process Outsourcing, Technology Outsourcing.
- Experience of working at seamlessly within client organisations

In this role you will:
- Help our clients deliver sophisticated and complex transformation programmes by bringing your knowledge and experience of delivering banking re-platforming, large scale system integration and complex migration execution
- Provide technology consulting advice in Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Payments with real work knowledge of our strategic alliance platform provider capabilities
- Engage with both business and IT partners supporting strategy and solution definition and delivery (re-platform, systems integration and migration)
- Build positive relationships with client and Accenture teams in a dynamic and exciting environment
- Work alongside clients and multi-disciplinary Accenture teams using your experience, leading and managing as you grow
- Have an ambition for and support building out Accenture's Banking Technology practice and cross train into other modern platforms
- Support sales opportunities that are aligned with client agendas, crafting value-driven sales propositions, with an ambition to shape solutions for delivery and success
We are looking for a range of experiences in the following skills:
- Experience of projects in at least one of Retail Banking, Commercial Banking and Payments
- Knowledge of some of the modern core banking platforms that clients select: Thought Machine, Mambu, Temenos, Sopra, SAP
- Knowledge of some of the SaaS and no code / low code front end client and colleague facing solutions: MSO, Phoebus, Salesforce, nCino, Power Platform to name a few
- Familiarity with some of the key business functions/processes across Retail and Commercial Banking including but not limited to Payments, Fraud, Fin Crime, Credit Decisioning, Finance, Originations and Servicing
- Working on large scale complex system integration and migration programmes
