About the Role:
- Provides essential administrative and business support to the SEND service.
- Supports the coordination and delivery of statutory processes, including Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Maintains accurate records and data systems to ensure compliance and effective service delivery.
- Assists in preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Works collaboratively with colleagues, schools, and partner agencies to support children and young people with SEND.
- Contributes to service improvement by identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and consistency.

- You'll be highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- You'll have excellent communication skills and be confident working with a range of stakeholders.
- You'll be comfortable using IT systems and producing accurate reports and documentation.
- You'll bring a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
- You'll be committed to supporting inclusive education and improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
