Football Coach - Cambridgeshire

Hours: Monday Evening sessions (October - June)

Type: Part-Time Coaching Role

Help us shape the next generation of Norwich City players in Cambridgeshire.

We're looking for ambitious, passionate football coaches who want to deliver top-quality sessions, work within a professional structure, and be part of a pathway that has already seen many players progress to academy football.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver engaging, progressive and challenging sessions to players aged 6-16

• Follow our Norwich City coaching curriculum while bringing your own style and creativity

• Inspire players to develop technically, tactically, physically, and mentally

• Maintain strong communication with parents and centre coordinators

• Identify and recommend talented players for progression along the Norwich City pathway

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football (Level 2 / UEFA C preferred)

• FA Safeguarding & Emergency Aid qualifications (or willingness to complete)

• A coach who thrives on improving young players and building relationships

• Reliability, professionalism, and enthusiasm in every session
